Hasten I to goodness door A place surely I’ve been before Alas i found it was not akin To the goodness I have labored in. God has paved a goodness path That rents the veil of darker wrath And shown to me His graceful means My eyes absorb where heart thus leans. I pray for […]
Dream etchings from two nights
Protector & Defender Of Man
We followed His funeral trail
But then at His wake
He was there & He gave us
The cheap brand coffee grounds
He drank them too
He was able to share
He crushed sin & made it excrement
Health to our bodies
My Easter song
Transformed upon the waters
Swallow dancing with her Maker
Greater is His Majesty
At the top of the stairs
The unknown Man plays His guitar
Listen with intent
Because the beauty that I hear
Mystery that creates
Then he took the calf they had made, burned it up, and ground it to powder. He scattered the powder over the surface of the water and forced the Israelites to drink the water.
Bible Notes Ex 32:20 : Drinking water containing the ground-up golden calf meant that whatever was left of the calf would become nothing but human waste. Similarities exist between this action by Moses and the trial of a woman accused of adultery ( Nm 5:11-31 ).
It’s a way out.
It’s a way out of corruption & ignorance.
Jesus knows all about it.
He drank the cheap coffee too.
Whoever falls on this stone will be broken to pieces; but on whoever it falls, it will grind him to powder!]
I say that it is better for me to fall upon Jesus, than for Jesus to fall upon me.
The chief priests & Pharisees knew full well what Jesus meant by that!
When the chief priests and the Pharisees heard His parables, they knew He was speaking about them.
God turns the fruit from the false idol worshipping that the Israelites did with the golden calf, into human waste to be excreted.
Moses ground the golden calf into powder.
He made the golden calf worshippers drink the gold grounds in the water, so that the corruption would be excreted from their bodies, both in a physical sense, & in a spiritual sense.
It could be that the water represents the water of life & that the gold grounds from the golden calf represent all elevated worldliness apart from God.
Added to the water of life & brought to the light of God because of Jesus, the corruptible, ‘idolising other gods seed,’ is exposed for what it really is, & is made to return to its only excremental value, ‘pooh. ‘
Just my thoughts tee hee I love dreams & God & everything His Word.
You may say that I go off on a tangent, but that is quite ok ha.
Because when Jesus touches a person, their eyes will be opened to all the corruption from the world that has once blinded them, to be able to now see the Deceiver’s seed shattered into a thousand pieces, which are flushed by God’s beautiful living waters, & removed from their innards forever.
Bible Notes: Verse Matthew 21: 44 alludes to Isaiah 8:14-15 and Dn 2:34 , 44-45 . In Isaiah, the stone is Yahweh over whom the people of Israel stumble, fall, and are broken. By identifying Himself as the stone, Jesus strongly implied His deity. In Daniel, the stone symbolized a powerful kingdom that would destroy all others and endure forever. The OT allusion thus describes Jesus’ deity and kingship and the destruction of all who reject Him.
Oh for that little stone not made with human hands
The powerful kingdom is here
He will be a sanctuary;
but for the two houses of Israel,
He will be a stone to stumble over
and a rock to trip over,
and a trap and a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
Many will stumble over these;
they will fall and be broken;
they will be snared and captured.
As you were watching, a stone broke off without a hand touching it, struck the statue on its feet of iron and fired clay, and crushed them.
In the days of those kings, the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed, and this kingdom will not be left to another people. It will crush all these kingdoms and bring them to an end, but will itself endure forever.
You saw a stone break off from the mountain without a hand touching it, and it crushed the iron, bronze, fired clay, silver, and gold. The great God has told the king what will happen in the future. The dream is true, and its interpretation certain.
We are in the days the kingdom days
The dream is true
Jesus is alive & well
There’s much more to come
I feel as though God loves me
I will listen to His song
I saw a baby Wattlebird hopping about on the ground this morning, near the edge of the dirt driveway.
We were on our way out for the day.
Coming back this arvo from our day out, we saw that the babybird was still there. Tony stopped the car for me to see the little fellow, & the babybird just hopped onto my shoe, pecking at me like I was its mother.
I thought that maybe I should take him home, but didn’t, even though I thought it’s parents may have been killed or something.
It’s a little way on this dirt driveway before you reach our dirt driveway, about a five minute walk.
About an hour later I thought I’d take a walk to see if the babybird was still there.
Babybird came right up to me again & hopped onto my shoe.
There was no sign of the parent birds.
I leant down with my hat open & said that if babybird hops into my hat, I’m meant to take him home.
Guess what, baby bird hopped into my hat!
I carried babybird a short distance & he hopped onto my left hand & then over to my right hand.
Then he flew over a fence into a paddock.
It was no good in there for him, because he was open prey for predator birds, & there was no shelter from the hot sun.
I saw a Peregrine falcon flying over, & looking by the way he was flying, I new that he had noticed babybird.
I managed to coax babybird out through the fence, & onto my hat again.
He seemed to listen to me.
Then I cradled him in my hands, & we walked on to our place.
As we walked into our property I did notice an adult Wattlebird in the big Wattle tree.
I took babybird to the bird bath.
He drank a tiny bit with his snakey tongue.
Then he flew straight into our back porch area, through the door & seemingly trying to get into the house through the back window.
Then he flew out & sat on a perch near the rain water tank.
I did see a Nankeen Kestrel flying over then too, & thought that he was probably interested in babybird too.
I was able to watch babybird through the kitchen window.
Then I saw an adult Wattlebird coming close to babybird & thought that I might have to intervene, if Wattlebirds aren’t friendly to their own kind.
Another Wattlebird flew in & they seemed to be all talking to each other.
After a few more minutes babybird flew off with the two Wattlebirds in the direction of the large Wattle tree.
They adopted babybird! I cried out happily to Tony.
Now that’s a good ending story heh!
